Challenging global, national, and statewide economic conditions define Orange County's future. A top down review of the economic context for attempting to predict where OC is headed in the short term and the long run. Given the extremely dynamic circumstances, any executive's best bet is to "become their own economic forecaster" and Greg will offer a simple framework to just that.
