Meeting RSVP

If you are planning on attending a meeting, please fill out this RSVP form to pre-register.  Pre-registering helps OCCABA control meeting costs.  Meeting fees are payable at the door by cash or check.  Please do not send your payment in advance.  M&M members are encouraged to make a reservation as well.

Please note that the email address you use on this form will only be used to contract you regarding your RSVP for the meeting you have selected, if it is deemed necessary.
