RSVP for the  Thursday, 3/29/2012 OCCABA Meeting 

There are two steps you must follow to RSVP for a meeting:

1) If paying online, click on PayPal options below

2) Submit RSVP using the on-line form (below).

3) If paying at the door bring payment with you to the meeting.

Please note there will be an additional $5.00 charge if you pay at the door.

Payment Options:

1) On-Line using checking account/credit card via PayPal (see below).

2) At the door with a check or cash.

Important Note:  There will be no refunds for non-attendance.
