Juan P. Garcia leads the total rewards and survey research program for the Employers Group, one of the largest non-profit HR programs in the U.S, and based on over 100 years of service. Juan also directs the Employers Group’s total rewards and organization development consulting practice including compensation, employee opinion surveys, organizational assessment strategies, recruiting research, and performance management. The Employers Group delivers consulting and critical compensation and benefits information to thousands of clients. With data from hundreds of companies, these are some of the best and most reliable reports used by major U.S. companies.
Mr. Garcia has conducted research analysis work for the Employers Group for over 20 years and also served as a Compensation Systems Specialist for AVNET, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. At the Employers Group, he began as a Research Analyst and promoted to the Director of Research to include a variety of practice areas. He provides overall direction to Employers Group’s Research program which now includes organizational assessment services and the new Best Workplaces Program.
He has an extensive professional background in research methods, compensation, systems and HRIS. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
