SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER: MIKE DEBLIEUX

Mike started his human resources career in the compensation field over 35 years ago. Since then, he has honed his expertise in as a coach, mentor, and developer of human resources talent. Mike specializes in practical skill building for people managers with different interests and levels of commitment to organizational goals. He works to develop management capabilities in interviewing and hiring, coaching, performance reviews, corrective action and equal employment. 

Mike is a former President of PIHRA and has taught at the Human Resources Extension Program at UC Irvine as well as with the American Management Association. His Performance Management Sourcebook is available on Amazon and widely read in the Human Resources field. Mike is the author of seven people management related books and is widely esteemed as an international trainer.
