In addition, he has authored numerous articles and white papers addressing compensation and rewards issues that modern businesses face. Ken also conducts monthly CPE training webinars for CPAs on compensation topics. His client work centers on the development of overall compensation strategy designed to enhance and improve shareholder value and workplace productivity.
