Strategies To Maximize Employee Engagement: Modernizing Total Rewards - presented by John Bremen (of Willis Towers Watson)

March 29, 2018 (Thursday)

Registration & Networking: 7:30 a.m.

Meeting: 7:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Talent shortages and demographic shifts. Advancements in technology, digitization, robotics, artificial intelligence, and now augmented reality. Talent platforms and the rising GIG economy. The contingent worker and  a multi-generational workforce.  The future is here.  In this rapidly-changing environment, evolved organizations contemplate ways to modernize their total rewards programs, and optimize investments to compete in today's increasingly disruptive world.

In this dynamic session, John Bremen will share what is driving the pace of change in today's human capital landscape, desired skill sets (both today and in the future), how work gets done and the future worker, and the well-being of employees.  John will share practical ways that organizations are addressing ways to modernize their programs to ensure a competitive advantage in the race for talent, and will cover the following topics:

  • What Modernizing Total Rewards means and what companies are doing to modernize.
  • The impact of the Future of Work on Total Rewards and the Total Rewards professional.
  • The connection between Total Rewards, the Talent Value Proposition, and Employee Engagement
