Despite the abundance of published surveys, we are often asked to develop a market rate for a “hybrid” job. These are jobs that are specific to our organization and/or specific to an individual’s skill set. And of course, they are not represented in our surveys. In this session, we will discuss how to approach this situation.

We will also explore how we can think about jobs as new skills are required by the enterprise and  work is redefined.
