Sheila has over 20 years of rewards experience, where her primary focus has been on a combination of compensation analysis and program design, performance management, job analysis, job architecture, evaluation, and documentation. In addition, Sheila’s experience includes due diligence and integration work for mergers and acquisitions. She has experience in both the corporate and consulting environments and has served a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors.
Senior Consultant at Deloitte
Jim is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Workforce Transformation Practice. Jim has had a blend of experiences in consulting and in industry, focusing primarily on compensation, pay equity, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim was with a leading heath and wellness company, managing regulatory compliance, pay equity, and large scale compensation accruals.
