Please join us for a webinar led by The KonTerra Group, a leading provider of staff care and resilience (mental health) services. We will talk about our services and how they differ from traditional EAPs, as well as look at some case studies of how our resilience services help solve complex problems for global organizations with staff working in high-stress environments. We will also cover parity, the quality and accessibility of our counselors as well as global benefit equity.

Facilitating this meeting will be:

Kate Allan is the Director of Account Management at The KonTerra Group, a leading provider of staff care and resilience services to the international humanitarian and development community, serving more than 80 organizations and covering more than 90,000 lives.

Kate’s interest in staff care stems from her graduate studies in Social Work combined with her early career experience supporting staff and their families during medical and security emergencies at an international assistance company. Prior to joining KonTerra, Kate worked as a global benefits consultant, partnering with Human Resources and Total Rewards professionals in the international humanitarian and development community to create strategic and equitable health and wellness programs.
