MS Excel functions continue to evolve and ChatGPT has arrived. This webinar will cover V, X, and H Lookups, IF and SumIF statement, and new Filter function. We will also explore use cases for ChatGPT to accelerate your research and work processes. You will leave the session with a sample workbook and job aid with ChatGPT Prompts.

Kimberly Gipson is a compensation and HR Operations Consultant with over 25 years of progressive experience in program and project leadership and strategic business partnership, including analysis, design, implementation and improvement of base, variable pay and executive compensation plans for global, publicly traded, private and non-profit organizations. She is a strategic and hands-on business analysis consultant for HCM/Compensation Technology projects.
Kian Boloori, MBA, CCP, GRP, CSCP, Director of Compensation, Pacvue
Kian Boloori is the Director of Compensation for Pacvue. Pacvue is a global e-commerce software and data platform powering Helium 10, Pacvue, and Refersion. He heads compensation globally and leads the effort to create a uniform companywide jobs infrastructure and compensation infrastructure.
Mr. Boloori is also the President of the Orange County Compensation and Benefits Association (OCCABA).
Mr. Boloori is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP). He has been an instructor for Compensation 101 since 2013.
Mr. Boloori received his MBA at the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and his B.A. in History at UCLA.
