Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (Pacific Time)
In today’s environment, companies spend more on people than anything else—yet compensation and headcount planning often remain siloed, spreadsheet-driven, and disconnected from business strategy. This session explores how HR and Finance can collaborate through an integrated workforce planning model that connects job architecture, market data, and compensation structures to drive smarter decisions and greater agility.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Avoid costly pitfalls like over-hiring and misaligned pay practice
- Integrate compensation and headcount planning into one seamless process
- Use data and technology (like CandorIQ) to streamline planning cycles from weeks to hours
- Build alignment between Total Rewards, Finance, and business leaders
There will be real-world case studies and practical tools that help organizations modernize their approach to workforce planning and compensation strategy.
Presenting at this event will be:
